Why I Became an Business Coach for Women Founders

After building and selling my own e-commerce brand, Cara Cashmere, people often asked me: “What’s next?”

For a time, I wasn’t sure either. But when I reflected on my journey, the answer became clear. What I loved most wasn’t just creating a brand, it was the moments where I helped others step into their own potential, make powerful decisions, and uncover the edge that allowed their businesses to grow.

That’s when I knew: my next chapter was about helping women founders stand fully in their power.

From Founder to Coach

Running a successful brand taught me more than how to market and sell. It taught me how to build systems, lead teams, manage operations, and make the tough strategic calls, all while balancing the realities of life beyond business.

I also learned how isolating it can feel when you’re carrying it all. As women founders, we’re often the driving force, the decision-maker, the creative engine and yet we can still question whether we’re doing enough or doing it right.

Coaching allows me to take the experience I’ve gained and channel it into supporting other women to claim their own edge - to lead with clarity, confidence and ease, while building a business that feels aligned and sustainable.

Why Coaching, Not Consulting?

Consulting provides answers. Coaching helps you uncover the answers within yourself, the ones that feel authentic, empowering, and right for the business and life you want to create.

As your coach, I help you:

  • Step back from the noise and reconnect with your bigger vision

  • Create strategies that fuel growth while protecting your energy

  • Harness AI and systems to free up time and reduce overwhelm

  • Build confidence in your leadership, brand voice, and decisions

  • Stay supported through the inevitable highs and lows of entrepreneurship

Because it’s not just about building a bigger business, it’s about building a stronger you.

Why Women Founders?

Because women are often building businesses that reflect not just a product or service, but a part of themselves, their creativity, vision, and values. Yet too often, we play small, second-guess our strengths, or feel stretched too thin.

My passion is helping women uncover the potential they don’t always see in themselves, and giving them the space and support to claim their full power as founders.

Thinking About Coaching?

If you’re ready to stop doubting yourself, start leading with confidence, and uncover the untapped potential in your business and in yourself, coaching could be the catalyst you’ve been waiting for.

Let’s explore how I can support you to find your edge and step into your next chapter with clarity, confidence, and power.
