I built my first business out of pure passion and grit. I poured countless late nights and bleary-eyed early mornings into it, working at my laptop after the kids went to bed. I wore all the hats and truly loved the hustle… until I finally slammed into a wall of exhaustion.
When my business's growth eventually hit a ceiling, I knew something had to change. It was time to think like a CEO instead of a scrappy founder doing everything myself. So I sought out coaches and mentors, learned how to streamline my operations, and gradually transformed my approach. Instead of running myself ragged, I focused on building a business that could thrive without me overseeing every detail.
The change in my business and my life was night and day. Not only did my revenue climb, but my quality of life improved dramatically. I soon realised I wasn't the only woman founder struggling with these mid-business growing pains. That realisation sparked a new mission to share what I’d learned with others facing the same challenges.
